The project focused on balancing the two user types- service providers and customers- while maintaining a smooth and intuitive experience for both. I contributed to research, user flow planning, and multiple design assets. I helped map out client booking hourneys and business management flows to ensure clarity, efficiency, and accessibility across the app.

The goal was to design a systemj that supports both operation efficiency for businesses and a fast, intuitive ordering experience for users.
